You know the technology better than anyone. What the website needs is a designer's eye: a clear message, a modern look, and a layout that turns visitors into calls. That's the part I bring. You keep the servers. I'll make it look and read like a 27-year leader.
I went through every page with one question: does this site make a first-time visitor pick up the phone? Here's where the design and messaging are holding Prominent back.
There isn't a single form on the site, including the DrawDown page, where "Register or Request Information" is the main call to action. Visitors who won't pick up the phone just leave.
"Digital Transformation, Powered by Trust, Excellence & Integrity" could be any company anywhere. Jackson, Mississippi, and your actual services don't appear above the fold.
Your DrawDown Board is used by hundreds of nonprofits, with real testimonials, but the homepage only links to it from the menu and footer. It's your best proof of what Prominent can build.
The homepage says "20 years of service" (it's been 27 since 1999), and the footer copyright reads 2022. Small things, but prospects notice them on a tech company's site.
The slider hero, stock "binary code" background and mix of fonts read as an early-2010s template. A tech company's site is judged on how current it feels.
Consulting and Solutions are mostly lists of services with "contact us for pricing." Visitors don't see who you've helped, how you work, or why Prominent over a national provider.
You'll know exactly what to do with these. I noticed them along the way and will build the new site so they don't carry over.
Each one keeps Prominent's green and orange. Tap any design to see the full page, and switch between them with the menu at the top.
These are mockup ideas, not final designs. Pages and features can be added or removed, and Prominent's logo and real content will be used in whichever direction you choose.
Choose the look you like at the bottom of this page. No rush.
We walk through your services, DrawDown and who you want to reach. I write the copy and design every page.
You review and approve everything before launch, about 8–10 weeks after we start.
One-time, for whichever direction you choose. The exact price depends on how many pages you need.
You know hosting better than I do, so I'll stay in my lane. I design and build the front end, hand it off, and your team runs it however you like. No monthly fee from me.
Plain HTML and CSS with no page builder, ready for your stack or your CMS of choice.
Colors, type and reusable sections documented, so new pages stay on brand.
Design and copy adjustments after launch are on me for the first 30 days.
Want help later? Changes after launch are quoted up front, or billed hourly. No contract required.

You bring the technical depth. I bring the design: layout, copy, visual identity, and a site that turns visitors into calls. You handle the stack, and I make sure it looks and reads like the company you've built.
